Catherine M. Bolger

Catherine M. Bolger has been practicing law in Savannah since 2003 and is now a partner with the firm. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, including construction and real estate disputes. Mrs. Bolger also handles cases involving construction liens, construction defects, commercial collection and landlord-tenant matters.

Mrs. Bolger is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and was also admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2010. Mrs. Bolger was named a 2017 Georgia Rising Star in the area of construction litigation by Georgia Super Lawyers Magazine. She has also received a BV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. In addition to being admitted to practice in all trial courts in both Georgia and South Carolina, Mrs. Bolger has been admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia. She has also handled cases before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mrs. Bolger is a frequent speaker on landlord-tenant law matters. In the past, Mrs. Bolger has published and spoke on the issues of “Ethical Considerations in Landlord-Tenant Law” and “Landlord and Tenant Rights and Obligations.”

Mrs. Bolger received her B.A. Degree in English from the University of Kentucky, where she graduated magna cum laude. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 2002.

Mrs. Bolger is a member of the Savannah Bar Association and the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers.
