Emily E. Brogdon
Emily E. Brogdon is an associate in the firm. Her practice focuses in the areas of real estate, business and association law.
Ms. Brogdon received her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from Georgia Southern University. She obtained her J.D. from Mercer University School of Law. While in law school, she was selected as a student member of the W. Home Drake, Jr. Georgia Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, and president of the Environmental Law Society and the Animal Legal Defense Fund. Ms. Brogdon also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing II, the State Bar of Georgia Environmental Law Award, and the Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting. She joined McCorkle, Johnson & McCoy shortly after completing her law degree in 2020. She is admitted to practice law in Georgia and South Carolina.
